hair

Hey friends....I need your help! Im wanting a change and I need your help. I have been toying around with the idea of cutting all of my hair off. I am just tired of my hair being blah most of the time and I do not have the time to spend on a long hair cut to get that hollywood wave going so this is what im thinking..... what do you think?

Do you think this will look good on me or should I go for a different style or a little longer? I also don't know if I want to go dark like this or stay blonde....what are your thoughts? I have had short hair before although it was about five years ago so its not a huge deal but im not sure...Please help me decide.
